Komodo Dragons(Varanus komodoensis)

These massive male Komodo dragons (Varanus komodoensis) are estimated to be 20 and 30 years old, respectively from left to right. While it may seem like these two are in a compassionate nuzzle, in reality, they were each jousting for dominance. The older and much larger dragon easily asserted his dominance through sheer composure, hissing, and jostling for position.
